As a direct result of inappropriate tweets intentionally sent to a MINOR late at night on Nov 6th 2012 by KEITH B. JONES (Managing Principal of Ace Parking). We are in the process of establishing a second editorial page to review the startling similar pattern of poor judgment by Keith we have seen in the chairman of this Company his father, Scott Jones. And of course Uncle Steven Jones the convicted criminal. The apple didn't fall far from the tree in this crowd.
Yes, KEITH JONES is a true SCUM BAG in our opinion. But his dad is worst. While Keith is accused of tweeting children SCOTT A. JONES (Owner of ACE PARKING) is accused of inappropriately touching a minor male by a court appointed psychologist. He is subsequently ordered by a judge to not be alone with certain children. SCOTT A. JONES has gone through great lengths and legal expense to DENY this established fact.

I have lived in San Diego for more than 35 years. My experience in watching the city government during this period is: That this town’s political infrastructure is plagued by a network of cronyism that allows for a form of corruption in its blind eye. Utilizing favoritism and the desire to maintain a status quo, to enrich an elite group with power, money and prestige. It is now your chance to bring accountability to the process or attempt to maintain the status quo.
The issue presented:
ACE PARKING MANAGEMENT, (a privately held company), is major city contract holder in a predominantly cash based business operating in a highly competitive market. The City of San Diego has named its CivicCenter parking structure after Ace Parking Founder (Evan. V. Jones). Malin Burnham a major benefactor to the city and powerful political figure is the Grandfather of the managing principal of ACE PARKING MANAGEMENT ( Keith B. Jones mother is Malins daughters son). Two conclusions could be drawn from this complex mix of money, power, clout and influence.
1) To be a holder of tens of millions of dollars worth of city contracts in a predominantly cash based business one must be of impeccable character, trustworthily and honest in its dealings at all levels. Particularly in the case of a privately held family business collecting cash in locations that have challenging oversight such as parking lots.
2) That challenging that entrenched politically connected family empire such as ACE PARKING MANAGEMNT and its near monopoly on the cities parking contracts would be a daunting task.
Turns out only number 2 applies to the ACE PARKING EMPIRE. Undaunted I will tell you this about Number 1:
The ownership of ACE PARKING MANAGEMENT has revealed character flaws so significant that they rise to the level of actionable offenses of MORAL TURPITUDE.
Scott A. Jones owner of Ace Parking Management has had a long time companion named Sheila, (aprox 10 years), in court documents he referees to her as his “partner”. For a period in excess of 5 years this duo lied, conspired, made false claims and ignored court orders while paying large sums of money to attorneys to limit child support liability. Those efforts and flagrant violations of court orders allowed Sheila to pay no more than $160.00 per month child support while having two teen age children 15% of the time. This efforts and violations have netted the duo saving in well in excess of six figures in child support. One may infer the hiding of such significant earnings for that extended of a period may also present tax issues related to compliant with tax code rules.
Just prior to that time a court ordered Physiologist reported to authorities that SCOTT A. JONES had inappropriately touched a minor. Child protective services were involved. In the presence of Scotts partner Sheila and a legal team paid for by Scott A. Jones and after venomous arguments in favor of Scott A. Jones by his partner Sheila and legal team the Judge ruled SCOTT A. JONES not be alone with certain children. Placing those court ordered restrictions clearly in the court record. Later in an emergency hearing Two minors were removed from the Jones home and custody was transfer to the parent not living in the Jones home.
Last year claiming to be frustrated by the negative publicity of www.StopAceParking.com Scott A. Jones and his partner Sheila filed a law suit to shut the site down and filed a series of such flagrantly false court documents. Now the city of San Diego can no longer turn a blind eye to the conduct of this favored vendor.
Despite being present and unsuccessfully arguing against restrictions placed on Scott A. Jones being alone with certain minors Mr. Jones hired a lawyer (who was fully aware of the courts ruling) and had his partner send interrogatories and admissions to an address I have never been to, heard of or been associated with Claiming no such hearing took place and no such orders were issued.. When I failed to respond they sought to have a default ruling. Those admissions included that Scott A. Jones had not be involved in the inappropriate touching matter or had his conduct with certain minors limited my a judge. Claiming I made that up as part of a pattern on harassment on his stellar reputation. The court found in my favor and offered no penalty to Scott and his Partner for there bold and dishonest efforts to hide the truth as they plead ignorance that that ever happened. Later Scott A. Jones, Son, Keith B. Jones would tweet derogatory, damaging and false tweets to my minor children about me in direct violation of courts orders that have been in place as a result of this protracted litigation. To defend myself from those false and ill-advised claims I spent $3000.00 on legal representation.
In Closing. I don’t care how much clout this family has, how entrenched they are, who’s campaign they are contributing to. They have KNOWINGLY, WILLININGLY AND INTENT IONALY hide earnings to avoid paying fair child support, filed knowingly false statements, documents and declarations in a court of law. The perjury involved in denying the fact SCOTT A. JONES was reported, investigated and had his conduct restricted by court order from certain minors is alarming. Then to thru trickery and deceit deny them as he did is unconscionable. These acts of moral turpitude require immediate action to safeguard the public’s confidence in these high value parking contracts. If you will lie cheat and sue to defraud a father of child support, inappropriately touch his children in a during a “massage” then sue him claiming those hearing and orders never happened you shouldn’t be allowed city contracts. ACE PARKING MAMAGEMENTS conduct is disgusting, vile and an affront to any law abiding member of society.
Character matters, Honesty is important. These facts are a fraction of the totality of the egregious conduct this overconfident, entrenched, local powerhouse has engaged in.
I demand the city end all parking contracts with ACE PARKING MANAGEMNT. This family owned cash based business, holding tens of millions of San Diego Contracts has breached acceptable conduct standards in such intentional and negligent manor as to permanently erode confidence that the publics money should be collected, counted, entrusted then remitted by those engaged in deceptive or unlawful conduct. I have revealed a very limited amount of the totality of documented conduct. And my efforts are not limited to your office by any means as I seek full legal redress and accountably.
Balls in your court Mr. Mayor… The truth won’t be silenced, limited, bulled, ignored or deterred from its lawful course.

You manage parking lots is how. You can start small as long as you make big political contributions before you know it you have a lock on the cities parking lot business. But these politicians cant stay in office long enough so you got to stay connected, got to keep the wallet open and the schmooze thick and you can take over your cities parking contracts.
